In order for a patient to take advantage of the NPDirectRx (NPDRx) Online Program, their nurse practitioner must be an active member of the program. Through membership, the nurse practitioner will receive, at No Cost, a NPDRx website, as well as, an extensive admin section allowing for control over the program, and customization of their website. Use of this vehicle will provide any interested patient access to the NPDRx program and all of the benefits it offers.
Patients will have the ability to order their medication while at the NP's office, or from the convenience of home, and have it delivered to their address of choice. All ordered prescriptions will require nurse practitioner approval, and will be filled by licensed pharmacies in Canada that provide manufacturer sealed pharmaceuticals directly to U.S. patients. Using NPDRx, people have saved between 30 and 60% on their prescription medication.
